Yksilölliset oppimisväylät
Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä ei ole käytössä tällä toteutuksella. Myöskään työhön integroitu oppimisväylä ei ole käytössä. Opintojakso toteutuu täysin verkossa, joten aikatauluja voi suunnitella yksilöllisesti opintojakson toteutusaikana.
Voit hakea osaamisen tunnistamista ja tunnustamista opintojaksoa vastaavilla korkeakouluopinnoilla joko kokonaan tai osittain. Osittaisessa osaamisen tunnistamisessa ja tunnustamisessa suoritat ne osa-alueet, joita ei ole hyväksytty. Suorituksista sovitaan opintojakson vastuuopettajan kanssa.

Terveyden edistämisen osiossa numeraalisesti arvioitava oppimistehtävä palautetaan annetun määräajan puitteissa.
Ravitsemuksen osiossa on numeraalisesti arvioitava tentti.
Kansainvälinen yhteistyö
Opintojaksolla voi olla mukana englanninkielistä materiaalia.
Opiskelijan työmäärä
Opintojakso sisältää 135 tuntia opiskelijan työtä. Opiskelijan on mahdollista suunnitella työskentelynsä niin, että kuormitus jakautuu tasaisesti.
Toteutuksen osien kuvaus
Opintojaksolla on kaksi erillistä sisältöaluetta: Terveyden edistäminen 3 op ja Ravitsemus 2op. Kumpikin osio sisältää joko yksin tai pienryhmässä tehtäviä oppimistehtäviä (1-2) ja tentin.

Yksilölliset oppimisväylät
Yleisen terveyden edistämisen (3 op) osuuden opintosisällöt opiskellaan itsenäisesti Learnin opiskelumateriaaleja hyödyntäen, tehtävät integroidaan työelämään.
Ravitsemuksen (2 op) osuuden opintosisällöt opiskellaan itsenäisesti osoitetun opiskelumateriaalin avulla. Tehtävät integroidaan työelämään.
