Tavoitteet

Osaat kuvailla sopimusten keskeisen roolin yrityksen liikesuhteissa.
Tiedät sopimukseen liittyvien velvoitteiden syntymisen edellytykset ja seuraukset.
Osaat arvioida organisaation sopimusoikeudellisia riskejä ja ottaa ne huomioon sopimuksia tehtäessä.
Osaat kertoa myyjälle ja ostajalle miten sitova kauppasopimus syntyy ja mitkä heidän oikeutensa ja velvollisuutensa ovat irtaimen kaupassa.
Tunnistat immateriaalioikeuksien suojaamisen tarpeet yritystoiminnassa ja osaat suunnitella yrityksen markkinoinnin niin, ettei se loukkaa muiden oikeuksia.

Arviointi

Opiskelija osaa
a. käyttää johdonmukaisesti sopimus- ja kauppaoikeuden ammattikäsitteitä.
b. etsiä tietoa alan keskeisistä tiedonlähteistä.
d. toimia asiakkaiden, käyttäjien ja kohderyhmien kanssa.

Tenttien ja tehtävien ajoittuminen

The course is automated and includes exams and quizzes related to study materials.

The students can complete the exams and quizzes according to their own schedule according to their completion time window. The timetables given must be respected.

On average, 135 hours, which corresponds to a 5 credits.

The course is divided into two parts. The first part of the section on Finnish contract law and commercial law, which is entirely mandatory. The second part of the course deals more generally and internationally with agreements and commercial relationships, and in it the student can choose the entities from which to complete.

The course is based on the student's own responsibility for his/her performance and self-study. For the most part, there is no teaching during the course. The teaching to be given is linked as a recording to the course pages.

The timetables given must be respected.

This course is carried out by Xamk Open University of Applied Sciences.
Xamk degree students cannot enrol on open UAS courses.

Arviointimenetelmät ja arvioinnin perusteet

The course is automated. The evaluation is based entirely on the total number of points received from online exams and online quizzes. The limit for passing the course and grade 1 is 50% of the total score.

60% of the assessment of the course is focused on the Finnish contract law and commercial law section and the two exams in the section. 40% of the evaluation focuses on a more international and general share of contracts and trade.
