Tavoitteet

Osaat kuvailla sopimusten keskeisen roolin yrityksen liikesuhteissa.
Tiedät sopimukseen liittyvien velvoitteiden syntymisen edellytykset ja seuraukset.
Osaat arvioida organisaation sopimusoikeudellisia riskejä ja ottaa ne huomioon sopimuksia tehtäessä.
Osaat kertoa myyjälle ja ostajalle miten sitova kauppasopimus syntyy ja mitkä heidän oikeutensa ja velvollisuutensa ovat irtaimen kaupassa.
Tunnistat immateriaalioikeuksien suojaamisen tarpeet yritystoiminnassa ja osaat suunnitella yrityksen markkinoinnin niin, ettei se loukkaa muiden oikeuksia.

Mitkä ovat sopimusoikeuden yleiset periaatteet?

Arviointi

Opiskelija osaa
a. käyttää johdonmukaisesti sopimus- ja kauppaoikeuden ammattikäsitteitä.
b. etsiä tietoa alan keskeisistä tiedonlähteistä.
d. toimia asiakkaiden, käyttäjien ja kohderyhmien kanssa.

Opiskelumuodot ja -menetelmät

Self-study-based course with two exams and one text exam where you get the texts and answer the exam's questions based on them.

The course does not include guided working life co-operation.

Tenttien ja tehtävien ajoittuminen

The course is automated and includes 2 exams and 1 text exam related to study materials. Completing the course is based on collecting points from separate exams. Separate passing of each exam is not required.

The students can complete the exams according to their own schedule according to their completion time window. The timetables given must be respected.

Opiskelijan työmäärä

On average, 135 hours, which corresponds to a 5 credits.

Toteutuksen osien kuvaus

The course consists of three main components:

A. Section Basics of Finnish contract law. The part is carried out on one mandatory exam.

B. Section Basics of Finnish consumer law and intellectual property rights. The part is carried out on one mandatory exam.

C. Section Details of the topic of the course. The part is carried out on one mandatory text exam.

The course is based on the student's own independent work and it is automated. The calculation of execution points is also fully automated.

The course is based on the student's own responsibility for his/her performance and self-study. For the most part, there is no teaching during the course.

The timetables given must be respected.

This course is carried out by Xamk Open University of Applied Sciences.
Xamk degree students cannot enroll on open UAS courses.

The course is automated. The evaluation is based entirely on the total number of points received from online exams.
