Objective

You will learn to understand and evaluate different kinds of project and sales management methods and apply them in your own work. You can analyze and identify an organization’s project, sales or other operations strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

Content

How has the case company organized its project or sales operations?
What are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the applied methods?
How to compare different methods of case companies?
How to learn from other company’s results and use them as a benchmark?

Evaluation

Students can
a. estimate and apply information about the operational methods of the companies.
c. analyze and manage different kinds of projects and organizations in a goal-oriented way.
d. create their own development plan for a case organization.
e. identify different strategies of organizations and analyze them critically.
g. communicate professionally and clearly their own development ideas.
