Objective

You can recognize the elements of successful interaction and are able to apply them in your own work and in marketing customer-oriented services.
You can evaluate and develop your own skills in oral and written communication both in Finnish and in English.
You can evaluate and develop a multidisciplinary organization's communication and communication in change both in Finnish and in English.
You can evaluate and develop communication in an international work community.

Content

What are the theoretical approaches to and practical tools of communication and interaction and how do you apply them to your work?
How do you evaluate and develop organizational communication?
How do you evaluate your industry and use the Finnish and English language source material for the development of your work?
How do you communicate within an organization and make know-how visible in Finnish and in English?
How do you communicate successfully in negotiation and conflict situations in a work community?

Evaluation

Students can
find, study, produce and evaluate critically multidisciplinary data in their field of expertise.
solve demanding problems in research, development and innovation.
evaluate and manage independently operations involving individuals and teams.
be responsible for operations and develop them independently.
evaluate different strategic approaches and justify their use in terms of management and development.
work independently in the expert duties of their professional field or as entrepreneurs.

In addition, the assessment of UAS language studies bases on The Common European Frame of Reference and the skill level descriptions drafted by the Finnish UAS’s for the assessment of Finnish.
