Objective

You can apply multidisciplinary knowledge to advance your own work practices and follow the international development of your field.
You can evaluate, develop and share your professional knowledge using multidisciplinary expertise and cooperation.
You master spoken and written communication in Finnish and you are able to interact in English when working in an international community of your professional field.

What is the theoretical basis of multidisciplinary networking?
How do you enhance your professional knowledge through national and international networking?
How do you promote client-oriented and multidisciplinary networking through communication and interaction?
How do you evaluate, develop and share your knowledge using good spoken and written communication and how do you communicate in an international context?

Evaluation

Students can:
a. find, study, produce and evaluate critically multidisciplinary data in their field of expertise.
b. be responsible for operations and develop them independently and systematically
f. work independently in the expert duties of welfare and rehabilitation in their professional field.
g. communicate proficiently and systematically in their spoken and written native language and in one foreign language.
