Objective
You can describe client participation, partnership and dialogue principles in a rehabilitation context at individual and community level.
You can observe and promote your client’s functions considering their individual resources, meanings and goals in connection with their environment.
You can consider your client’s role as a co-developer during the rehabilitation process.
You further and apply multidisciplinary knowledge base in coordinating various services and support methods.
Content
How do you strengthen the role of clients and communities as participants in the rehabilitation process, in its various stages and in different environments?
How do you identify and evaluate your client’s functions considering their individual life situation and environment?
How do you ensure your client’s and their close ones' participation in evaluation and goal setting?
How do you enhance client-oriented rehabilitation planning, service coordination and continuous service chains?
Evaluation
Students can:
a. find, study, produce and evaluate critically multidisciplinary data.
e. assess different strategic approaches and justify their use in terms of management and development.
f. work independently in the expert duties of welfare and rehabilitation in their professional field.
g. communicate proficiently and systematically in their spoken and written native language and in one foreign language.
