Objective

You can utilize your own expertise in business planning and development.
You know how to analyze demand, competition and industry as starting points for business planning.
You are able to identify and understand the factors that affect the operating environment of your industry at the regional, national and international levels.
You are able to assess the opportunities for entrepreneurship and business in your industry.
You can produce new information related to starting and developing a business and compose a preliminary operating or development plan.

What opportunities does being an entrepreneur provide?
What aspects are taken into account when planning a business?
How is your own expertise utilized in the development of business operations and what competences are required of an entrepreneur? How is your own expertise commercialized and productized?
What is the role of entrepreneurship in business and what is its national economic and international significance?
What are the different forms of entrepreneurship and their effects on business (including franchising, online, social, part-time, light entrepreneurship)?
How is the operating environment analyzed?
How to design and evaluate a business model?
What is the role of different partners and specialists in the planning, financing and development of business operations?
How to make an elevator pitch?

Accomplishment methods

a. find, study, produce and evaluate critically multidisciplinary data for entrepreneurship in their field of expertise
b. solve demanding problems in research, development and innovation
d. be responsible for operations concerning entrepreneurship in their own field and develop these independently
e. evaluate different strategic approaches and justify their use in terms of management and development from an entrepreneurial perspective
g. communicate proficiently and systematically in their native language and in one foreign language their own preliminary written operating or development plan
