The course consists of a Peili™ analysis and coaching that explains its results. See http://www.peiliconsulting.com. The mirror includes a behavioral analysis as well as an analysis of flexibility and trust building. You understand how your behavior is perceived by others and by yourself. You get insights on how your behavior supports you in your work.
