You are able to describe the municipal authorities and municipal structures of decision-making and governance process.
You are able to explain the principles of local self-government, as well as the tasks and responsibilities of organizing and municipal authorities.
As a resident of the municipality, you are able to participate in and influence decision making, as well as use legal protection.
You are able to explain the key differences between employment and tenure, as well as the principles for the selection of officials and municipal office-holders and their rights, duties and official responsibilities.
