Objective

You know the concepts of heat transfer technology and energy efficiency.
You are able to calculate heat transfer quantities and determine the dimensions of heat exchangers and heat transfer networks.
You know the concepts of evaporation and drying, and are able to calculate the current characteristics and main dimensions of these devices.

What do heat conduction, convection and radiation mean?
What should be considered when determining total heat transfer?
How are heat exchangers designed?
How can heat transfer networks be optimized?
What does evaporation and condensation mean and how can they be calculated?
What are diffusion and moisture?
How can the currents related to the dryers be determined?
