Qualifications

Good knowledge of maritime English with a focus on engine crew’s responsibilities.

Accomplishment methods

The student can
a. use professional vocabulary systematically.

d. work together with customers/clients, users and target groups.

In addition, competence evaluation according to STCW code table A-III/6 column 4 are used:
- English language publications relevant to the officer’s duties are correctly interpreted
- communications are clear and understood
