You know how to work as a goal-oriented instructor with a group or an individual.
You develop your interactive skills in instructing situations.
You develop your skills in planning guidance and know how to assess your own activities as an instructor.

Content

What kind of skills do you need to encounter people, provide goal-oriented guidance and work in a work community?
How do you plan, implement and assess goal-oriented activities taking into account the needs of the target group?
How do you deepen your interaction and management skills?

Qualifications

The course of Dialogic encounters in education and guidance work and the course of Community spirit and group guidance must be completed before this practical training.

Accomplishment methods

This course of practical training is assessed on the scale Pass / Fail.
