You understand the structure of matter starting from the atomic level and the information provided by the periodic table.
You can formulate a chemical reaction equation and use it in calculations.
You understand the concepts of concentration, acid, alkali and pH and can apply them in simple calculations.
You are familiar with the basic concepts and formulas of gases and thermochemistry and can utilize them in calculations.
You can observe chemical safety in a workplace.

What is an atom composed of, how does its structure affect its reactivity, and what information does the periodic table provide?
What information can be derived from a chemical reaction equation, and how can it be utilized?
How can concentrations and pH values be calculated?
How can gas volumes and reaction energies be calculated?
How is the chemical safety taken into account in a workplace?
