Objective

• You understand the position of gerontology in the multiprofessional environment of care for older adults and are aware of the importance of multidisciplinary gerontological knowledge.
• You are familiar with the history of elderly care and are able to assess the factors that have influenced the development of elderly care.
• You are aware of the ethical issues and guidelines of care for older adults to promote good and participatory aging.
• You can act in a manner that respects older people, based on the ethical values of care for older adults.
• You are trained to actively follow your professional field both nationally and internationally.
• You deepen your understanding of the course of life and its different stages while developing your own ethical thinking.

• How to resolve conflicts relating to ethical principles?
