You know the basics, basic threats and problems of older adults' mental health and their psychiatric diseases.
You are familiar with the key treatment methods in mental health care.
You identify the specific characteristics of substance abuse among older adults.
You can assess the disadvantages of substance abuse in cooperation with your clients.
You can guide and give instructions to both clients and family members in substance abuse.
You understand the diversity of disability and its effects on older adults.
You know disability policies and legislation, services, and social support systems.
You know the methods and activities of multiprofessional rehabilitation.

What mental health problems and psychiatric diseases are typical for aging?

What are the key mental health care methods? What are the special features and working methods of substance abuse in older adults' care?
