You know how to use the process filming techniques and you know how to use the models of efficiency for the measurement.
You know how to use quality techniques / tools for organizational development.

Mission, values and vision
The strategic objectives set, policies and action plans
Processes and process efficiency measurement
Scorecards (BSC), the various organisational self -assessments (EFQM etc.)
