Objective

• You have more thorough understanding of one theoretical or practical theme in the field of media education.
• You are able to critically evaluate the outcomes and methods of the chosen theme of media education in its context.
• You are able to plan the implementation of the outcomes and methods of the chosen theme.

Content

You choose one or two optional themes of media education from the following:
1. What is media education for children (2.5 ECTS credits)
2. What is media education for young people (2.5 ECTS credits)
3. What is media education for adults (2.5 ECTS credits)
4. What are social media and digital action (2.5 ECTS credits)
5. How do I carry out advanced media analysis and a media production project (5 ECTS credits)
6. How do I carry out a development project of media education (5 ECTS credits)

Students can
