You know how to choose the right components for your embedded solution
You can assemble a programmable device from a breadboard and components
You know the basic programming of a microcontroller in a suitable programming language

What are embedded systems and electronics?
What does the Internet of Things mean?
What components are needed to implement an embedded system?
How to build a programmable device?
How to program a microcontroller?

Evaluation

Students can
a. use professional vocabulary and concepts in an expert way in different situations.
b. evaluate information sources critically.
c. work as team members in working life expert duties and identify and describe the problems of the professional field.
d. evaluate operations in customer, user and target group situations.
e. choose appropriate models, methods, software and techniques according to the purpose and justify these choices.
