Objective

You understand the organisation as a combinations of processes, data and information systems. You can identify and describe organisations’ processes and information flows from the information management point of view. You can develop and manage processes.

Content

What is a process? What is information flow? How can you describe, develop and manage processes and information flows? What kind of tools are available for visualising processes?

Evaluation

Students can
a) find, study, produce and critically evaluate multidisciplinary data in the field of information management
b) solve demanding problems in research, development and innovation activities.
e) evaluate different strategic approaches and justify their use from the viewpoint of management and development.
