How do you apply evaluation and development approaches such as LEAN, PDCA, Bikva and service design in the development and evaluation of client-oriented services?

a. find, process, produce and evaluate extensive information on healthcare and social services.
b. solve exacting problems related to client-oriented services in research, development and/or innovation work.
d. be responsible for and develop client-oriented services independently.
