How do you evaluate and develop workplace and change management communication?
How do you communicate successfully in work community negotiation and conflict situations?

Students can

- identify factors affecting the success of communication and interaction and can apply them to their own work.
- evaluate and deepen their own oral and written communication skills in both Finnish and English.
- communicate according to the situation and justify and analyse the solutions made.
