The multidisciplinary groups of INGENIUM BA students from 10 European countries have expanded their entrepreneurial skills, design thinking, multicultural teamwork, and communication skills by solving real-life stakeholders’ challenges and cases in Junior Winter School 2025.
The cases focused on:
-  Nature and Wellbeing
- Smart Cities
- Circular Economy
- Logistics and Security
- Digitalization and Tourism.
The Junior Winter School included three online sessions, individual work, and one week of physical mobility.

Arviointi

Individual work:
- Follow the brief on the pre-online sessions before the intensive week
- Shows learning, thinking, investigation, and exploration of the topic
- Shows good presentation and academic writing skills. (According to the standards required by Xamk)
- Has achieved the required knowledge during the course
- Follow the post-online session after the intensive week.
Additional work:
- Participates actively in discussions
- Supporting others and showing teamwork skills
- Shows exploration of the topic and analysis of the results
- Polished presentation
