Objective

Students understand the importance of a company's accounting for its business. They learn the basics of accounting as well as the basic concepts. Students learn the basics of value-added taxation in Finland. They can record events in the company’s accounts and make entries in financial statements. Included in module: Business Practices or Equine Business Practices

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

You understand the basic concepts and can make entries of some business transactions.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

You know the basic concepts and can make entries for business transactions, as well as understand the entries for closing an account.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

You know the basic concepts and can make entries for a variety of business transactions, as well as the entries for closing an account.
