Objective
Students learn to analyse and assess the relationship between employee and employer and the phases of the employment relationship from the perspective of employment laws. They gain an overview of the labour market and its operators as well as the relationships between them. Students learn to assess the effects of employment law on practical situations in employer, employee and supervisor tasks. Included in module: Human Resource Management.

You can analyse and assess the key concepts of employment law, their relationships and effects in practical situations at the workplace and the labour market.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
You can create a wide overview of employment law, its development and the functioning of the labour market in learning tasks. You can make a varied assessment of the effects of different legislation between the employee, supervisor and employer at different stages of the employment relationship.
