Objective
This course is part of the Nursing, Profiling Competence module After completing this course, the student: o Deeper evidence-based competence in the evaluation of customers’ care needs, special issues related to customer-oriented care and supporting self-care in outpatient care environments o Mastery of dose calculations and familiarity with the key medicine groups used in outpatient care and ability to implement and assess medically assisted treatment in outpatient care. o Understanding of the impacts of the social and healthcare reform on the service processes of outpatient care and the operating principles required by sustainable development o Can analyse the special features of well-being at work and the multiprofessional work community in outpatient care
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Knows the most common care needs of a customer in outpatient care and is able to apply care measures according to the patient's needs Can calculate the doses of the medicines used in outpatient care flawlessly Systematically uses professional concepts related to outpatient care and is able to justify activities in accordance with the principles of sustainable development Can apply factors that promote personal and the work community’s well-being in the operating environment of outpatient care
Assessment criteria, good (3)
Knows the most common care needs of a customer in outpatient care and is able to apply care measures according to the customer's needs on the basis of research-based knowledge and instructions Can calculate the doses of the medicines used in outpatient care flawlessly Uses professional concepts related to outpatient care expertly and is able to justify activities in accordance with the principles of sustainable development in a versatile manner Can apply factors that promote personal and the work community’s well-being in the operating environment of outpatient care, and find targets for development

Knows the most common care needs of a customer in outpatient care and is able to apply care measures according to the patient's needs of their own accord Can calculate the doses of the medicines used in outpatient care flawlessly Uses professional concepts related to outpatient care expertly and on a large scale, and is able to justify and assess the activities in accordance with the principles of sustainable development Can apply factors that promote personal and the work community’s well-being in the operating environment of outpatient care as well as propose developmental needs based on research-based knowledge
