Objective

After the Entrepreneurial Skills course you will: - Understand the idea of internal entrepreneurship and be able to manage yourself - Gain the basic prerequisites for working as an independent entrepreneur in the health and social services sector - Understand the use of patient safety reports as part of a company's quality control measures and be able to use them to develop your own activity - Understand the importance of networking as part of entrepreneurship - Master the principles of cost awareness and operate economically in accordance with the principles of sustainable development

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

-Can describe the principles behind the idea of internal entrepreneurship and self-management. -Can identify different forms of business in the social and health care sector and the special features of the sector. -Can identify various patient safety reports and their use as part of a company's quality control. -Can describe an entrepreneur's operating networks. -Can identify cost awareness and economically sustainable development principles.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

-Can highlight the idea of internal entrepreneurship in their work and engage in self-management. -Is familiar with the suitability of different forms of business for the social and health care sector and is able to consider the special features of the sector. -Can justifiably describe the use of different patient safety reports as part of a company's quality control. -Can describe networking in a versatile manner as part of entrepreneurship. -Can describe the principles of cost awareness and economically sustainable development in a versatile manner and is able to take them into account in their work.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

-Is able to apply the idea of internal entrepreneurship and manage their work in a self-directed manner. -Knows how to compare different forms of business suitable for the social and health care sector and combine them with the special features of the sector. -Knows how to apply different patient safety reports as part of a company’s quality control. -Can apply networking in a versatile manner as part of entrepreneurship. -Can justify their application of the principles of cost awareness and economically sustainable development in their own work.
