Objective

After completing the course, the student can - assess the customer’s need for special support and situation from the perspective of ageing - analyse the ageing person’s need for special support and the related legislation and service system - analyse the significance of multidisciplinary co-operation in responding to ageing customers' service needs

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student - describes the customer’s need for special support from the perspective of ageing - recognises legislation concerning the customer group in need of special support and determining their services as well as the multidisciplinary and multi-actor service system - understands the significance of multidisciplinary co-operation in responding to ageing customers' service needs

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student - analyses the customer’s need for special support from the perspective of ageing - analyses legislation concerning the customer group in need of special support and determining their services as well as the multidisciplinary and multi-actor service system - analyses the significance of multidisciplinary co-operation in responding to ageing customers' service needs

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student - makes a comprehensive assessment of the customer’s need for special support from the perspective of ageing - assesses legislation concerning the customer group in need of special support and determining their services as well as the multidisciplinary and multi-actor service system - develops multidisciplinary co-operation in responding to ageing customers' service needs
