The media literacy course provides you with essential skills to act appropriately online and on social media services. You will also learn to use social media safely and wisely. - During the course, you will learn to build a credible online profile for yourself so that you stand out from the crowd and know how to make your voice heard. - You will learn to handle your personal data and protect your privacy appropriately. You will learn to avoid phishing attempts. - You will understand how your personal data is handled appropriately and your privacy can be protected. - You will understand the disadvantages of fake news and phishing and why they should be avoided. After completing the course, you will know how to use other people's materials and share your own in a way that is correct in terms of copyright. You will also learn to read, interpret, utilize and produce multimedia material. Media literacy is an important civic skill today that helps you navigate the digital world safely and responsibly.
