How is the ageing of employees reflected in your organization? Are you able to manage age diversity in your work? Competence related to the management of age diversity is increasingly important as we aim to keep older employees in work for longer than at present. As a supervisor or HR operator, you have a key role in identifying and managing age diversity and dealing with it in the work community.
