Objective

The student recognizes and describes the global perspective and applies intercultural competence. The student justifies multiculturalism at the national level based on current and researched information.

Content

Values, ethical and professional interaction skills in multicultural work. Immigration policy, social integration, and the basics of legislation. Intercultural competence and cultural sensitivity in multicultural work.

The student describes a global perspective and intercultural competence. The student describes multicultural work and strives for professionalism. The student applies national expert knowledge. The student evaluates some sources of information and contexts, as well as legislation.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student applies and critically evaluates the global perspective and intercultural competence. The student plans professionally multicultural client work and makes ethically sustainable choices. The student evaluates the sources of information, expert knowledge and legislation and justifies them by applying and combining theory and possible professional experience.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student applies diversely and critically assesses the global perspective and intercultural competence. The student plans professionally multicultural client work and makes ethically sustainable choices. The student evaluates the sources of information, expert knowledge and legislation with excellent familiarity and justifies them by applying and combining theory and professional experience.
