Objective

1. The student understands what Lean is and how it can be utilized in their own work environment. 2. The student masters the essential Lean tools and is able to apply them in the organization. 3. The student masters the main operating methods and methods of production development.

-What is Lean? -Lean Culturei -Problem Solving Process, A3, 5 x Why -Lean Tools - 5S & Visual Management - Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) - Value Chain Mapping - SMED (Single-Minute-Exchange of Die) - Line Balancing - Lean & Continuous Flow - Bottleneck thinking - Standard Work

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

1. -The student introduces the key features of Lean -The student describes the implementation of Lean in his own work environment 2. - The student knows the various Lean tools and their purposes -The student is able to explain the topics of 5S, SMED, TOC, etc. course content - The student uses appropriate tools in the development work. 3. -The student demonstrates the key production development models and explains how they can be applied in the company -Students justify the choice of Lean methods and solutions
