Objective

This course will help you update your interaction skills to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow. The Social Work Competences Survey found that many social workers felt that their interaction skills were at a very high level. However, despite this, or perhaps because of it, many are interested in developing their interaction skills. The basic task of social care and early childhood education is structured in an interactive way and includes educational, teaching, helping and guidance work. It can be argued that interaction skills are part of the core of social work, since the phenomena that are the subject of the work are located precisely in interpersonal relationships and communities. Main objective of the course: Development of interaction skills, especially from the perspectives of online interaction and interpersonal skills. The content of the course is divided as follows (note: one credit is approximately 27 hours of independent work by the student): Interaction skills (1 credit) Interaction using Internet and other technology (1 credit) written exam (1 credit)
