Objective

Students • know how to carry out intercultural advising and guidance • develop and deepen their culturally sensitive professional work method • are familiar with various minorities and know how to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds • are familiar with the basic principles of cultural and religious literacy • know how to promote intercultural and interreligious dialogue in customer work • know how to analyse and develop intercultural advising and guidance • understand intercultural communication and know how to work with interpreters.
