Objective
Students - Recognize changes in the world of work and understand the importance of private sector in society. - Understand the central concepts of business and business logic. - Internalize the entrepreneurial approach and acknowledge entrepreneurship as part of a prospective career path. - Are able to develop, productize and sell services based on their own skills and competencies. - Demonstrate familiarity with different forms of entrepreneurship and profitable business.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The student recognizes some changes in the world of work and the importance of the private sector in providing employment in society. The student is only partially aware of the importance of an entrepreneurial approach in his/her own work. The role of entrepreneurship as an opportunity in the student´s own career path remains largely unexplained. The student's understanding of business logic is weak and there is room for improvement in the understanding of a profitable business. The student has a basic understanding of the different forms of and the key concepts of entrepreneurship. The student still needs to learn how to productize and sell services based on his/her own competence.

The student is aware of the changes in the world of work and the importance of the private sector in providing employment in society. The student recognizes the importance of an entrepreneurial approach in his/her own work and is aware of the role of entrepreneurship as part of his/her own career path. The student understands the logic of business and demonstrates an understanding of a profitable business. The student has a good understanding of the different forms of and the key concepts of entrepreneurship. The student is able to productize and sell services based on his/her own competence.

The student is well aware of the changes in the world of work and the role of the private sector in providing employment in society. The student has internalized the importance of an entrepreneurial approach in his/her own work and understands the role of entrepreneurship as part of his/her own career path. The student has a good grasp of business logic and an excellent understanding of a profitable business. The student has an excellent understanding of the different forms of and the key concepts of entrepreneurship. The student masters concretely the productization and sale of services based on his/her own competence.

Further information
During the course, the students will learn about the importance of entrepreneurship in society: in employment, in the economy, and in individual choices. Students will also reflect on their own relationship with entrepreneurship and their own entrepreneurial opportunities. The course covers the basic concepts of business and entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship as a form of employment, and how to identify, present, and sell your own expertise. The course is worth taking, if you are interested in entrepreneurship as a social phenomenon, or if you are considering entrepreneurship as a career option, even as a sideline. The course is suitable for all sectors and you will be able to tailor the course tasks to fit your own industry. To complete the course, students need to have the basic tools for online learning (computer with internet access and camera, and video recording facilities).
