Objective

Students - are familiar with and can utilize the basics of strategic thinking and planning as well as different approaches also in an international context - have command of the strategy process - are familiar with different future foresight methods and can apply them in strategy work - can estimate an organization’s development needs together with representatives of the organization - can draft and implement a development-oriented and responsible strategy that guides the organization’s actions

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

1 - opiskelija on saanut yleisen tason käsityksen strategisesta työskentelystä ja toteuttanut strategiatyötä työelämäkumppanille. 2 - opiskelija on saanut yleisen tason käsityksen strategisesta työskentelystä ja toteuttanut strategiatyötä työelämäkumppanille. Opiskelija osaa välttävästi soveltaa

3 - opiskelija on saanut yleisen tason käsityksen strategisesta työskentelystä ja toteuttanut hyödyllistä strategiatyötä työelämäkumppanille. Opiskelija osaa lupaavasti soveltaa strategista ajattelua kulttuurialan tai oman alansa erityispiirteet huomioiden. 4 - opiskelija on saanut syventävän tason käsityksen strategisesta työskentelystä ja toteuttanut hyödyllistä strategiatyötä työelämäkumppanille. Opiskelija osaa soveltaa strategista ajattelua monipuolisesti kulttuurialan tai oman alansa erityispiirteet huomioiden.

5 - opiskelija on saanut syventävän tason käsityksen strategisesta työskentelystä ja toteuttanut hyödyllistä, toimintaa aidosti edistävää strategiatyötä työelämäkumppanille. Opiskelija osaa soveltaa strategista ajattelua monipuolisesti ja ennakoivasti kulttuurialan tai oman alansa erityispiirteet huomioiden.
