Students - are familiar with the various intellectual property rights and their impact - can draft valid contracts - can evaluate work ethics - understand the utilization of licensing and intellectual property rights.

Content

- work ethics - intellectual property rights, licensing - contract law, cooperation agreements - the role of copy right associations in the field of agreements - utilizing intellectual property rights in business - creative commons, copyleft, NFTs and end-user license agreements (EULA)

Opiskelija suorittaa kaikki tehtävät, mutta ymmärrys immateriaalioikeuksista on heikkoa ja laaditut sopimukset ristiriitaisia.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Opiskelija ymmärtää tekijänoikeuden perusteet, laajentaa käsitystään immateriaalioikeuksien hyödyntämisestä ja laatii kelvollisia sopimuksia annettujen pohjamateriaalien perusteella.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Opiskelija ymmärtää immateriaalioikeuksien hyödyntämisen eri toimialoilla ja osaa laatia sopimusehdotuksia annettujen pohjamateriaalien perusteella.
