Objective

The course provides the student with general skills to work in supervisory and man-agement positions in various organizations and operating environments. The stud-ies focus on the knowledge base of management and the application of theoretical knowledge in practice in the student's own professional field. After completion of the course, the student is: - familiar with the knowledge base of management and the management pro-cesses of their own profession - is able to apply their knowledge in practice in supervisory and management positions - is able to develop the operational management of an organization in their professional field in a changing working life - understands the importance of sustainable development in the management of an organization
