Objective
A student who has completed this course or has acquired equal knowledge will be able to - manage in a variety of oral and written communication situations in work and everyday life - share their own skills - communicate more fluently in German-speaking countries, taking into account their cultural specificities - make use of information sources in the German language and the language area - use the language more confidently and naturally.

German 1 and German 2 courses or equal knowledge

The student copes adequately with the usual communication situations in both general and professional language. The German language is not yet progressing consistently. The language contains main structures, basic vocabulary and some professional vocabulary, but is sometimes difficult to understand and there is still a lot of room for improvement.

The language contains main structures, basic vocabulary and some professional vocabulary, but there is still room for improvement.

The student copes very well with the usual communication situations in both general and professional language. The German language is structurally clear and fluent. The student’s skills in the written and oral German correspond very well to the learning outcomes of the course in the most important professional and everyday communication situations.

Further information
When the implementation type of the course is contact, online or blended it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25%, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50%, the course is failed. RPL Sirpa S. Bode

Welcome to study German for the world of work! On this course, you will become familiar with introductions and greetings in formal work life situations. You will develop conversational and customer service skills. You will also learn to discuss your internship and future career plans.
