Objective

The student • Understands the benefits brought by the knowledge base of service design and ergonomics for user-centered planning and development of multidimensional and network-like digital services. • Familiarizes with the service design process and the most commonly used methods. • Familiarizes with the necessary knowledge base of ergonomics needed for planning of user interface. • Is able to observe user experience, usability and accessibility in planning of digital services. • Is able evaluate the usability of digital services and familiarizes with the most commonly used evaluation methods. • Is able to utilize the knowledge base of ergonomics in space planning, so from the accessibility point of view.
