Objective

You are able to describe the key areas of talent management and competence development, and are able to plan a training and development program for personnel. You understand the importance of both economic and non-economic rewards and know how to make a reward plan for personnel.

Talent management and competence development. Different means of developing competence. Competence development and rewarding as a motivation tool. How to engage, lead and reward the best talents. Compilation of a reward programme for personnel.
