You understand the meaning and importance of customer(s) and customer centricity in logistics processes.
You know the different phases/functions of a demand-supply chain and understand their interrelatedness.
You understand the meaning and importance of managing the supply chain as one entity.
You are able to utilize and take into account the points mentioned above while operating in different functions/duties in the logistics industry.

Teaching methods
The course will be executed in form of monthly contact lectures (in class/distantly in Teams) and individual/pair assignment executed outside the classes (learning diary). The forms of studies thus include interactive lectures and self-study.
Employer connections
If possible to organize, a visiting lecturer/company visit and/or attendance in a logistics conference (distant attendance).
