Objective

You understand the significance and impact of the medicines used by the client.
You know the medicines used to treat the foot problems and their mechanism.
You know the principles of prevention in the national diseases and in particular those that affect the foot health.
You know different ways of lifestyle counselling.
You know and recognize the problems in lower limbs circulation and key treatment principles and the prevention.
You know the basics of offloading and orthosis therapy.

What are typical medicines and their mechanics of influence, used in podiatry?
What are the national diseases and medicines used in them?
What methods can be used for lifestyle counseling?
What are the treatment principles of circulatory problems in lower extremities?
How do you produce a variety of off-loadings and orthoses?
