    You are able to describe the Finnish system of governance structures and explain the administrative legal principles and criteria of good governance.

    You are able to explain the most important basic rights and the legal protection system of administrative law of citizens.

    You know how to explain the principles regarding to publicity of documents and data protection of the authorities.
