Objective

You can calculate the value offorest estates by using the most common methods. You are able to explain the forms of forest ownership and you can analyse the pros and cons between them. You can explain the most important ways of establishing estates and make use of the legal documents and registers related to them. You are able to explain the key legislation on forest estates and draw up deeds of transferring properties.

How is the value of forest estatescalculated? What are the different forms of forest ownership and their pros and cons? What are the principles of property formation and the related legislation? What are the most important methods the property formation? What are the legal documents and registers of land survey proceedings? How written and electronic forest estate trade agreements made? What is the key legislation used in forest estate management?

You can explain the most important ways of realising a property formation and utilise the legal documents and registers related to them. You are able to explain the key legislation of the forest estate and draw up a deed of transfer of a property.
