Objective

Physics
You are able to solve the basic equations between quantities
You are able to apply your knowledge to vocational subjects and working life

Chemistry
You understand the atomic structure, periodic table and chemical bonding.
You understand behavior of solids, liquids and gases.
You have ability to balance a chemical equation and performe stoichiometric calculations for example in reactions of acids and bases and in combustion reactions.
You understand the mechanism in redox reactions and you can apply your knowledge in corrosion reactions.

Content

Physics
What are the fundamental phenomenons, quantities, units, definitions and natural laws of solids and how to solve the equations between quantities?

Chemistry
How the structure of an atom affects on chemical behaviour of an element ?
What information you get from the periodic table ?
How the chemical bonding affects on the behavour of matter ?
What information you get from phasediagram and what information give gas laws ?
How you perform stoichiometric calculations and what kind of reactions are acid-base reactions and combustion reactions ?
How you can use electrochemical series ?
