Objective

You know different processes in the event production and the financial management of an event.
You know the technical, content and production related parts of event planning and production.
You know how to manuscript and dramatize events using elements of experience and wellbeing.
You know the contract and copyright processes of event production.
You understand the possibilities and restrictions of audiovisual media in the event production. You know how to use common AV media equipment and software.
You are able to analyze and reflect personal and team effort in the event production process.

Content

How to use elements of experience and wellbeing as a part of an event and service.
How to plan, execute, deliver and evaluate an event and service.
How to use media elements in marketing, production and delivery of an event and service.
How to work with permit processes, contracts and copyright issues.

Teaching methods

You will understand the professional vocabulary and terminology used in event production. You know the needed notifications, permits, contracts and security issues required in event production. You know how to act as a responsible designer and executor in a production team and understand the importance of scheduling and logistical solutions.
You know how to prepare for contract negotiations and you know the most important issues related to legislation in the field.
You know the technical requirements of the field and know how to use specialists in different professions if necessary.
You know how to segment the target audience to suit the nature and content of the event.
