Objective

You are able to recognize practical and theoretical strengths and development areas in your knowhow related to corporate communications, project planning, utilizing and management.

You can develop your skills in a goal-oriented, responsible and consecutive way in practical co-operation with companies, learning teams, multidisciplinary networks and utilize appropriate sources and materials together with the help of experts.

You master basic principles of multichannel communications, with which you learn to produce media content that is linguistically and visually coherent.

You learn to utilize service design tools and implement them in multichannel corporate communications.

You develop your spoken and written report skills and improve knowledge of international interaction, as well as leadership and subordinate competence.
You are able to evaluate your own and your team’s performance. You can make use of the received feedback.

• What are key methods of corporate communications, project planning, work and management?
• How do you plan, utilize and mange your project work in co-operation with your learning team and other participants?
• What are key terms in corporate communications and project management?
• How do you make the most of your previous knowledge, experts, networks, self-assessment and feedback in different phases of project?
• How to conduct multichannel communications by utilizing service design tools?
• How to report about project in oral and written form?

Accomplishment methods

This is an entry-level knowhow course. Student, who has reached level 3 can:

a. use professional vocabulary of corporate communications and project management systematically
b. utilize necessary information sources and other means
c. identify interrelated tasks
d. work in co-operation with companies and other networks
e. utilize communicational tools, technology, methods and channels suitable for multi-channel communication, multi-professionalism and service design
f. work as a goal-oriented project team member, also in international cases
g. justify their actions according to the ethical principles in social media environment and when reporting
