Objective
You will understand the importance of frontline work and leadership as a success factor for organisations and be able to develop leadership.
You will be able to act in a leadership role in situations typical of a chaperone.
You will know the differences between operational management in local, remote and hybrid management situations.
Recognise the importance of communication and interaction in management.
Recognise the diversity of work communities and acquire skills for managing diversity.

How can your leadership influence the success of your organisation?
How do you develop leadership and its interaction?
What are the tasks involved in responsible chaperoning?
What are the differences between operational leadership in local, remote and hybrid leadership situations?
What communication and interaction methods and tools do you use to guide and support the performance of individuals and teams to meet objectives?
How do you deal with different communication situations in the workplace?
Evaluation
The course in frontline work and workplace communication is placed at the end of the competence. Criteria a, c to g are the main criteria for the assessment of the course.
At level 3, students will be able to
a. use professional terminology competently in different situations.
c. work as a member of a team in a professional capacity in the workplace and identify and describe professional problems.
d. evaluate performance in client, user and target group situations.
e. select appropriate models, methods, software and techniques and justify the choice.
f. contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
g. critically apply ethical principles in the field in a variety of situations.
