Objective

You know the components of well-being at work.
You understand the structures of a well-functioning work community and know how to develop the work community.
You understand the importance and effects of work ability management and competence management from the perspective of the work community and the employee.
You are able to support and develop well-being at work by means of work ability management.
You are able to manage and develop the competences of the work community.
You know the tools for analysing, measuring and developing well-being at work.

Content

What is well-being at work and what are its components?
What are the structures of a well-functioning work community and how can it be developed?
How do you support and develop well-being at work through work capacity management?
How can competence be managed from the perspective of the work community and the employee?
How is well-being at work measured and developed?
What assessment tools can be used to develop well-being at work?

Evaluation

a. use professional terms in a wide range of situations and in a competent manner.
b. evaluate the sources of information used in a comprehensive and critical manner.
e. evaluate and develop models, methods, software and techniques.
f. manage and develop team activities.
g. promote the application of ethical principles in unforeseen situations.
